A Morning of Insights, Inspiration, and Action
Resilience in Business: Training Your Brain for Uncertainty
Running a business today can feel a bit like stepping into cold water. Uncertain markets. Staffing challenges. AI. Cashflow pressure. Constant decision-making. And often, doing all of it while looking steady and capable on the outside.
In a practical and engaging session, Farzana shares insights from her TEDx talk and her work with leaders across sectors to explore how resilience can be developed through small, intentional practices. Blending neuroscience and positive psychology, she explains something empowering: resilience is something you can train.
You will walk away with small, doable habits that strengthen clarity, recovery and confidence to build the inner capacity to lead well, even when the waves come.
What to Expect:
Practical insights on leading through uncertainty
Building resilient teams and cultures
Turning challenge into competitive advantage
Sustaining momentum in demanding environments
This session promises to be both inspiring and commercially relevant.
Places are limited and early registration is strongly encouraged.
